Break out the popcorn, folks; the Obama campaign smells blood in the water and isn't wasting any time going in for the kill:
For those without video, here's the transcript:
Mitt Romney doesn't deny he invested in companies that outsourced jobs to Mexico and China.
Doesn't deny that he made a fortune when it happened.
Romney only says that there's "no evidence" that he was in charge at that point.
But newly disclosed documents show that Romney was 'sole stockholder, CEO and Chairman' when jobs were shipped overseas.
Here's the evidence, Mr. Romney.
Your turn to explain.
Interestingly, there's no "I'm Barack Obama and I approved this message" disclaimer in the ad, which suggests that it's web only...except that it's a perfect TV ad and is only 30 seconds. Hmmm...
UPDATE: pollbuster gets the comment of the year:

Update x2: I hope pollbuster doesn't mind if I paraphrase his awesome comment:
Update x3: Today's Andrew Sullivan is BRUTAL.
Romney's Got Nothing
This is another lurch downward for Romney in this cycle.
A false SEC filing is a serious offense; to say so is not disgusting. So is potential perjury.
This does not seem to me to be like a candidate ready for prime time.
Ouch.
